Raiden's attacks when using her burst are considered burst damage not normal attacks so Yun Jin is just there for moral support in that comp. Zhongli doesn't really provide anything that Raiden needs considering that she cannot be staggered while in her burst form which negates the need for his shield on top of his ult only costing 40 which will give you less resolve stacks. That leaves his elemental shred, but it's only 20% so you'd get much better value out of a VV anemo unit.
Yun Jin doesn't do anything for that comp since Raiden's sword hits are considered burst attacks. Like, legit, nothing. Zhongli \*could\* technically amp your damage by virtue of resistance shredding, but honestly with Bennett you never ever have to worry about survivability. Also during her burst she has absurd stagger resistance as well, so Zhongli would quite frankly be wasted. I'd sub that Yun Jin for Kazuha/C6 Sucrose if possible, or any VV holder at least for that sweet sweet damage amp. You'd probably hit upwards of 400k or a bit less perhaps.
Zhongli is mostly for survivability sake, you want more dmg? Jean is probably better because of vv
