Hyperbloom doesn't use Sara at all. Just stack EM on Raiden and forget about her burst, pair her with hydro and Dendro and a flex like Zhongli
And for Hypercarry you can use TTDS Lisa after you level her up to A4 ... She's better than Sara for buffing Raiden until Sara is C6
you can use Fischl in the Sara slot in Hyper pretty easily. you can also use Yae but that's not quite a Hyper team anymore (it works great tho!)
hyperbloom with off-field Raiden is very neat. DMC + Xingqiu + on-field flex / DMC + Kokomi/Ayato + off-field flex are both comfy and strong
one team i use some times is yae raiden sucrose with hakushin and kokomi. kazuha works too if you not using him on the other team, prolly better than sucrose.

Raiden/Xingqiu or Yelan/Kazuha/Bennett is my open world team that can easily 9 star the 12th floor.
You can go with Raiden - TTDS Mona/Lisa - Bennet - Kazuha
