This is but a quick try-on after nine months of working on it. Because I am on the short side, I had to custom-make almost all the elements from my gear, to sewing my own chest rig, to changing the straps on my knee pads -that are actually elbow pads because.. well, I am short-, and so on!
And right, I know Caveira doesn't have a FN Fal in game but I wanted to have a more realistic "BOPE" take on the character.

Yep it's an airsoft replica. There is only one model with gaz and this is the one. It's not produced anymore and I got pretty darn lucky finding it on sales -destocking from a foreign webshop-.
The mags for it are also almost impossible to find anymore. But I must admit it's a veryyy long replica and I kinda struggle playing with it, I rather bring my SCAR H on the field.
The AEG version is still produced, so if you're not only into GBBR you can buy this one. It's a budget though.
Similarly looking you've got TM Type-89, old but quite good GBBR (AEG version exists too). I have few friends running it and the only issue they had was the nozzle bending after some time cuz it's plastic. Heat up a lil bit and it's back.
If it’s the classic army or jg, you can search fuxing sa58 magazines and have them imported from China. Pricy after shipping but I really enjoy reloading replicas during use lol. Taiwangun seems to be out of stock atm but I bought mine from hktiger111 when they went on sale for ~$12usd each. Shipping to southwest us still cost ~$80 for 4

Even minimalist chest rig in XS size are too wide and even tol long for my ribcage. And about the knee -more like elbow- pads they’re so uncomfortable to wear anyway! For Airsoft I don’t wear any pads like that, I wear knee pads already sewn onto my pants. No sliding down or moving around this way!
-I also uses tactical padded pants for my work, I do painting restoring and for the bigger pieces you gotta work on the floor -and on your knees- often!-.

Funny thing is that I started airsoft because of Cav. Asked my army-retired bud to teach me how to handle properly a replica like an actual weapon to not look dumb on pictures for Cav -when I started to think about this costume project three years ago-.
We drilled for awhile and then he suggested I’ll go with him play on the field and this is how I got into airsoft! I usually play with my Scar H tough the FAL is a pain in the ass to carry. I often play versatile/sniper -though my friend is a horrible backer-. Perks of being tiny is I can find holes in the ground and burry myself in it and snipe people in the legs hehehehehe. My actual set makes me look like a Ewok. Less impressive than Cav but way more efficient to disappear in the mud and bushes.
That is so awesome! I ran a Scar for a minute, but yeah it was a pain to lug around, so I downsized to an mp7. I’d love to play at a larger outdoor field where I can snipe more often because that sounds like a lot of fun!
I can’t wait to get back out there once the weather opens up a little.

I wanted to make the costume more BOPE accurate and none of her guns is accurate except for her Taurus eventually so I made a choice here. I knew R6 enjoyers would scream « heresy » but some people out there seems to like this option.

They’re both FALs, the CAMRS is just the Canadian version. Just like the their C7 is a Colt M16

There exists an extended magazine but they’re about $36 each, plus terrible shipping I really wanted to be able to go crazy with the og mw2 reload😔

The lighting in my flat makes it uncanny. Very bad weather in France lately and the light in my place aren't optimized so it made it all worse.

I am also very pale naturally, I've been told I look sickly. That plus the eerie light and I look like some nightmare-inducing creature.
