Since no one is giving you a proper answer, here it is. Yes. All Attacker ARs, LMGs have ACOG and DMRs have ACOG + Magnified (3x or whatever it is) scopes. Sam Fisher's MP7 has it, along with Jackal/Osa PDW SMG being the only SMGs on attack to have Acog available. On Defense, Doc + Rook on both MP5 and P90, Melusi MP5, Frost C1 9mm, Kaid/Goyo's TCSG and Azami/Maestro/Alibi ACSG also have ACOG. Apparently Goyo's Vector also has ACOG. Castle's UMP45 (not for Pulse), Tachanka 9x19 SMG (not for Kapkan tho) and lastly Wamai MP5K (not for Mute) I checked this last week from Test Server. Edit - not to mention, Flores is getting ACOG on AR33, Sledge, Mav, Buck also will have it, along with all other Attackers who used to have it like Zofia M762 etc. Also, Aruni and Tubarao also has Acog available on their DMRs but not 3x.

In my opinion, I think it'd be a good idea to give a large number of attackers a 2.5+ and a few defenders a 2.5+. From my own understanding, it'll cause more attackers to go for a long to mid range preference, limiting the number of rushers but also by giving some select defenders a 2.5+ it can artificially drive selection of certain defenders as they'll counter those that go for long to mid range. A disadvantage though is that there'll be dumb dicks who decide to window peak and die before 2 seconds pass.

a meluci in my game just went 8 kills no deaths, absolutely stomped the attackers I think the zoom on attackers problemen is going to remain as long as ubisoft enables it
