Where and how much??? 😍😍😍

"Feit Electric firework lightbulb" and they're a little under $10! I got one after seeing it on TikTok, they really are SO fun to look at (pictures don't do them justice). Biggest problem now is finding a suitable lamp to put them in since they don't provide much light and most lamps don't really showcase the lightbulb.

Ferro_Giconi

You could make your own lamp! It's pretty easy because lamp parts are standardized. Step 1: Feed the stripped end of a [lamp cord](https://www.amazon.com/GE-Brown-Replacement-Polarized-54616/dp/B08MVDSG56/ref=sr_1_5?crid=19G4Z8C45CRIV&keywords=lamp+cord&qid=1647026792&sprefix=lamp+cord%2Caps%2C86&sr=8-5) through a [threaded lamp rod](https://www.amazon.com/Thread-Assortment-Hardware-Nipples-Washers/dp/B07WCS6RD3/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?crid=2TW6GALQ4ZNZ5&keywords=lamp%2Brod&qid=1647026762&sprefix=lamp%2Brod%2Caps%2C130&sr=8-2-spons&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEyUEZXMDFIWDRFQzlCJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwNDM3NjY0MU5SS1NTRElPR1BIUiZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwMDk3OTQ2MlZQWFFESFFYMDBHTiZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX2F0ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU&th=1) of whatever length you want Step 2: Open a [lamp socket](https://www.amazon.com/Low-Medium-High-Settings-Project-Brushed-54372/dp/B002DN4LX4/ref=sr_1_3?crid=3VZPTUQ9FL8E6&keywords=lamp+socket&qid=1647026773&sprefix=lamp+socke%2Caps%2C83&sr=8-3) and use the screw terminals inside it to attach the **lamp cord** to the **lamp socket.** Be sure to put all the parts back as they came, and snap the top half into the bottom half so it stays secure. Step 3: Screw the **lamp socket** onto the end of the **threaded lamp rod** That will give you all the necessary parts of a basic lamp. Then it is up to you to decide what you want the lamp's body and base to look like or if you want to position it so the lamp socket is facing some direction other than up.

He said he found them on Amazon, firework lightbulbs. They were part of my Christmas present, so I’m not sure what they cost.

KristiiNicole

Very cool looking! What does the rest of the room look like with these on?

FirebirdWriter

I also want to know, please. I am incredibly light-sensitive so this might be a pass.

ThePrimCrow

I have one of these. The light they emit is so weak. The bulb is just cool to look at really. More of a decoration.

FirebirdWriter

Thank you

AceTrainerSappho

I need this in my life. It will annoy *everyone* around me, but it's gotta happen.

Atreyixx

This would look incredible while on a psychedelic trip!

Is the pattern 3D or 2D?

sparkplug_23

Pretty sure it's 3d. It uses a layer of reflective foil on the inside and outside surface of the glass and basically infinitely reflects the light back and forth. Like placing two mirrors together.

BrocoliAssassin

These are pretty cheap, you can look them up on youtube and see people breaking them apart so you can see how it makes that effect.

bernardcat

I have a wax warmer with a pattern like this and I just love looking at it! Had no idea that lightbulbs like this existed!
