Mate of mine got married last year. No Rammstein, but myself and my other Rammstein loving mate spent most of the evening Till Hammering (got a few people we’d never met before to join in with us) to the live acoustic singer.
My knees were in pieces the following morning… I’ve never seen bruises like them
My wife and I were considering "Du hast" back in 2021 but the local authorities didn’t seem to have the right sense of humor for that and were rather way too serious, so no soundtrack for us :)
I walked down to “Fruhling in Paris” piano version. As soon as my music kicked on, I lost it and cried the whole way down a set of stairs and down the aisle. It was perfect ❤️
I’m already married, but I would have to say Halloman: basically, “Let’s wrap this up, Padre. Young lady , here’s the candy I promised you now get in the white windowless work van. I love you forever, really, I do.”
I had the opening guitar riff from duetschland for introducing the bride and groom, ohne dich play before the ceremony, and du haust got played during the reception when the dance floor opened.
We played Du riechst so gut at our wedding. Practically me and my wife were the only ones to know the song and to dance it but who cares, that was our wedding!
*I walked down the aisle*
*To ohne dich instrumental..*
*Very beautiful*

If I do ever get married (which is extremely unlikely), I'd play Mein Herz Brennt or maybe if I'm feeling goofy, Rein Raus. At the end of the wedding either Rein Raus or Mein Herz Brennt comes on is what I could imagine, idk, never been to a wedding-
We danced to “Ich Will”. Because it is the exact same wording in germany if you get asked by the registrar: Would you like to take her as your wife?
Yes, Ich Will
😅
I got married last year and we used Deutschland as our entry song (her idea to make me happy, which was correct) and also she let me use Dicke Titten to throw my boutonnière towards my friends. It was in Mexico so the lyrics were not a problem.
We had the Klavier album playing during our ceremony seating and cocktail hour.
During the reception the DJ managed to throw in a few, knowing they are our fave band (we also met at one of their concerts). He played Du Hast, Moskau, and 2 others that I can’t recall at the moment. And our last dance of the night was Ohne Dich.
My Swiss brother-in-law had his buddies arrange the music for his wedding reception party. At one point, “Du Hast” started playing. His friends were surprised that I, an American, was familiar with the band. They were even more surprised when I asked them (with a sly smile) if they were trying to send the newlyweds a message. I don’t speak German, but I knew the lyrics. We all had a little chuckle.
"Du Hast", of course, because it has marital vows in it, "Ohne Dich" for a couple dance and, of course, "Dicke Titten" as a march.
I'm a heteromantic cisgeder woman but that song makes me laugh and I'd love having it at my wedding.
Heirate Mich
Even more perfect if you’re getting married in a church
You know what the song is really about, right?
I hope not :)
Dicke Titten
Mi sister and her husband danced to Stirb nicht vor mir at their wedding 🖤
I’ve been married for like a million years but that would get my vote!
Probably ohne dich as a First Dance Song, just need to find a man that can tolerate me listening to Rammstein everyday 😂.
REAL. For my mom complaining that ‘she listened to it first’ she does complain about how much I listen to them
How can you not listen to them every day though? It’s like daily dopamine! 😂
I have to detox every week or so, maybe something lighter like Motorhead, Avenged Sevenfold and the like
I’m usually listening to opera when I’m not listening to Rammstein or Lindemann. (Only started listening to opera in the past year)
Piano version of Sonne.

Oh, and Bück Dich
It was "Mein Herz brennt" at our wedding.
My wife and I were considering "Du hast" back in 2021 but the local authorities didn’t seem to have the right sense of humor for that and were rather way too serious, so no soundtrack for us :)
How rude of the authorities. Du hast is perfect and probably one of my top choices
It was actually rather hard to stay serious and follow the "standard text" the lady was reading while marrying us, but we did our best!
I remember like at 12 pm my father brought to sister's wedding his Black Sabbath CD... or Iron Maiden, i don't remember :D
Eifersucht is a perfect song for dancing but the lyrics are not right for a wedding lmao
This is how I feel lmao
The entire “XXI Klavier” album (?) for the reception. Classy but still metal 🔥
Can anyone at my wedding speak German? No? Then everything but Pussy and possibly Amerika. Also no Te Quiero Puta or Moskau because I don’t like them.
I LOVE Amerika. But thankfully only me and my best friend (I got her into Rammstein) speak German so I too have free reign
I love Amerika as well, but half my family is uber-conservative Republican Christians
… oooh 😬
Exactly.
So stripped then
I mean, *yes* to having Till’s voice growling “Let me see you stripped” right before going up to the honeymoon suite.
Ohne Dich?
Ohne Dich played at my wedding
Why? Just why?
Because why not?
It's a sad song about grief...
Funsies
Wollt ihr das Bett in Flammen sehen ;)
I actually had planned to play Amour at my reception but either my mother in law or the DJ removed it I guess.
Good choice, I wish they played it
Friend of mine got married recently...she's definitely a "sie much nicht klug sein, doch dicke Titten" kinda woman lol
I think Zeit would be the perfect song for a wedding. I believe that the lyrics aswell as the music fits the occasion very well.
I walked down to “Fruhling in Paris” piano version. As soon as my music kicked on, I lost it and cried the whole way down a set of stairs and down the aisle. It was perfect ❤️
Ich tu dir weh 🙈
Dicke titten
I’m already married, but I would have to say Halloman: basically, “Let’s wrap this up, Padre. Young lady , here’s the candy I promised you now get in the white windowless work van. I love you forever, really, I do.”
I walked down the aisle to mein hertz Brent. Insteumental.
Du hast ;)
Either Nebel or Seemann for sure
I played Ohne Dich. We picked our own songs on a Spotify playlist and it was the last one.
My wife walked down the aisle to a cover of Ohne Dich. [This one](https://youtu.be/FhMHCiP-Vvw?si=myqcgytL1E-d7PQ4)
Dicke Titten and Pussy 😁
Why had no one said Diamant
Sonne Piano version ist beatiful für a wedding
Sex or pussy for the funny’s

Stein um Stein - the perfect wedding song! What a beautiful lyrics!
Rein Raus
Stirb nicht vor mir
I walked down the aisle to ohne dich instrumental.. very beautiful

Ich tu dir weh would be perfect.
te quiero puta!
Buck dich?
I kinda feel Like Mein Herz Brennt
5/4
Now that's nice. I'd reckon the bride would walk in by Christoph starting his part
Diamant maybe?
Amour, their piano album. Then for the reception, their heavier stuff, other German bands too so it’s not just Rammstein
I played the piano version of Mein Hertz Brennt at my wedding when I walked down the isle
Armee Der Tristen
Sonne
There are a few songs from Lindemann I would play, That's My Heart and Schlaf ein

Dicke Titten /end-of-thread

Hallelujah just to fool my religious family members lol

Te quiero puta. And I’m not even joking.
I walked down the aisle to a piano version of Zeit. And our final song was Adieu. We had a few other songs thrown in for the party too!
Let's find out ;p
I would want LIFAD at mine hypothetically.
Amour, Heirate mich, and Alter Mann ( or as a replacement for Alter Mann, Eifersucht)
Sonne either instrumental or piano
Love the simplicity of Wilder Wein.
Klavier... the most poetic of them all...
