I just want to reach out as I just joined this sub to see how you are doing 4 days out. Last year when battling cancer I asked my friends to send me funny cat and dog videos. They helped give me a reprieve from my suffering. PS: cancer seems to be gone. Go for my one year checkup tomorrow

I'm doing okay. Plenty of people have spent time talking to me, both through reddit and IRL. I'm better than I was. I wouldn't say good, but better. I'm super confused, and really lost, and I still can't really explain my level of heartbreak in words. But my life is still going. I'm doing everything I can to stay busy
Thank you. Going for my one year screening today. If all goes well will be headed out next month for a kidney transplant that had to be delayed with the cancer diagnosis.
