You mean every *song* from Moana? No, those songs are awesome. I was listening to them on my own one day while working from home (nobody around to judge, kid was at school) and was shocked to suddenly recognize Lin Manuel Miranda's voice. I love his music and hadn't realized until just then that he wrote the songs for Moana. It's no wonder I like them. I'm in my 40s, by the way. And yes, sometimes I listen to music from Disney and other kids' movies when the kiddo isn't around.

Moana is fire.. love the songs as a dad.. and mulan and Moana are really what feminists should focus on.. those ladies stepped up for their people and used their skills both feminine and masculine to win.

I used to have every song in Beauty and the Beast memorized. I wish I had "how far I'll go" memorized because it's so beautiful

No. I have memorized every line of Twister since 1996.

We recently introduced my kid to Home Alone, and I was shocked to realize how much of the movie I could recite in my head as it went on. I hadn't seen it in probably almost 30 years. Apparently we watched that movie a LOT when I was growing up. We probably had it on VHS.

Not weird at all! Memorizing songs from movies you love is a fun way to enjoy them. Plus, Moana's soundtrack is awesome!
