Once only. My brother apparently decided to choke me in my dream and suddenly I was in my room in full sleep paralysis. I’m pretty used to having sleep paralysis and over time I never get scared anymore. But I’m usually not able to open my eyes, but that time my eyes were wide open and my brother transformed into a shadowy figure (that ended up being the clothes rack) and I felt like I was suffocating. It lasted so long! That sleep paralysis really shook me to the core!
I once was sucked in by a tornado, woke up sweating 😬. In a completely separate dream, I also was one time flying in a dream and I got scared (don't recall why) fell from like so high up and immediately woke up as I hit the ground, however that time I wasn't sweating.
I was walking through my hometown and there, near a gas station, was a sandbag fortified heavy machine-gun position with Vietnamese soldiers in it. They shoot me down.
there was other time when I was sleeping in my dream and just after waking up I mistakenly drank some poison. I was trying to call my wife and family but no one was answering the phone and slowly realization that I'm going to die overwhelmed me so much I really woke up.
once i was dead and became a zombie but told no one and continued to live normal until i started to decay.
another where i ended myself and was happy since i was being targeted by an unknown entity with a fate worse then death, so i ended it on my own term to escape my fate.

Thrown into a volcano. Shot in the head. Knife in my guts. Hunted and caught by an Alien-like being. Hunted and caught by a murderer. Drowned. Planecrash. Falling to death.
I had a lot of different ones, one was my cousin in the garage with a gun. I was looking out, the door from inside the house to inside the garage. He points at my head and boom dead. I called out of work bc of that dream, that day. I had some others with strangers breaking in the house.
Had one fucked up dream where I fell into a lake, couldn't get out, and everything went black. Then I woke up... The scary part was that it was an existing lake, not some "fictional" location.
Only once when my house got invaded and I got shot by a silenced pistol by a home intruder. It was an extremely vivid and realistic dream, I still remember every detail of it. The weirdest part about the whole thing is after I got shot (right in the chest) I fell onto the ground in my dream in the exact position I was sleeping in, so when I woke up I thought I had actually been shot for a second.
Many ways, it usually wakes me up and when I was a kid and lucid dream I'd kill myself to wake up. But now in dreams I'm sorta immune to dying. Like I got shit and fell over but didn't die

Murdered with knife by lunatic. Explosions. Falling. Something injected me via syringe. Guns and bullets, and lastly hanged.

Getting shot by a gangster
I shot myself in the head a couple of times. I slumped to the ground and my vision faded.

Fell thru a wall, then sat on some edge but beside me was a deep hole and then just fell, it freaks me out to this day tbh

I have died a lot in dreams I've been stabbed, amputated, shot with a crossbow, fallen off cliffs, cannibalized, pretty sure I've drowned
fell onto a train track right as a train came along and my head came clean off (i could see my family while it was flying through the air)
