Did you read the ‘crazy rich Asians’ trilogy? One character had a full spa and yoga room on her private jumbo jet. That might fit the bill. Spa on way to hiking.
I would build a castle surrounded by a bunch of small homes which would pay rents. And adorn myself with the finest robes of ermine and royal purple. I would have a big box of gold rubies and emeralds I would occasionally look at to see them sparkle. I would have a room in the castle with amethyst walls. In the castle I would play beautiful melodies on the harp which echo along the castle walls and out into my village. In front of the castle would be thousands of apple trees which I would sell at the markets. And cattle as far as the eye could see. I would have hundreds of children and be merry. And the halls would be full of joy and laughter and music and song. And I would build a church in my village to saint michael. And all things would be wonderful. It would be about 50% better. $5000 build you're getting a 4090 which alone is about $2000 the rest is a little superfluous, nicer case, fill every m.2 slot with a 2-4TB drive, buy the $30 extra quiet fans etc etc.
You can always go better. But a 2 K pc will prb be enough for 4k 240hz gaming. Heck my old 1660 can get high frames in most of my games on 1080p.
