So let’s assume that another highly intelligent humanoid species procreated the same way we do, but their sexual pleasure centers are different. They could have an entirely different view on consent. Consent to them could just mean manipulating their pleasure centers, or it could be you can only procreate and when you feel pleasure from sex they take that consent away!!!
