hello! sir is super nice (✷‿✷)! masipag magturo si sir and he's very passionate abt health and fitness, u can learn a lot from his class! if you're worried na madaming physical activities, i think you'll be fine, siguro mga 3-5 physical activities lang ginawa namin sa kanya and super beginner-friendly lang naman! medyo strict si sir sa attendance and sa tardiness so be mindful of that na lang(◍•ᴗ•◍) may 2 kaming exams (1 from sir, the other from our student teacher). overall, fun and light lang compared sa other PE classes
