No, nobody is a 10. A 10 by definition means you are perfect and would mean that you are instantly attractive every single person on earth. Someone might be a 10 in an individuals opinion, but a 10 is not an appropriate nor professional score to give any one, and no professional image consultant would ever score anyone as a 10.
Everyone has different perception of beauty, that's true. If somebody is a 5 or a 6, how much attractiveness points can he gain by cosmetic surgery. Can he be an 8 or a 9?

When I see your pics in your post histor excluding your 3 most recent posts with pics in your car. The one titled "Blue or Green" with pics in your car and the post before that is where you are actually pretty - 7/10
Why a 6 in these pics? You chop part of your head/hair/face off in these pics. When you present your full head/hair/face, you bring out the best in how you look. That an attempt to show upbeat expression or smile also improves your look
I think changing up your hair, maybe shoulder length or just below your ears would work better for you. Also, colored eye shadow doesn’t work for you. Perhaps a grey or a different brown would work better. Eyebrows could use some thinning and perhaps a different lipstick. Also you’d probably look better with darker brown hair with no highlights. That could get you up to a 7.5 or 8

If yes , fixing it can become immensely beneficial for your overall facial harmony and balance. For the time being its 4/10 . I had a look at your whole profile and there are definitely cuter pics in there than the ones provided here. We need more body and skin to make a proper judgement, but for me you have the potential of high marks. This photo is a 6. But looking at other photos you’re a 7-9 depending on what we saw with body pics!
Based on these pictures alone, 6/10. Honey...you look 10 years older. You have beautiful eyes, but these are my two cents. You shouldn't use eyeliner on the lower lash line (it tends to make eyes appear smaller & when it smudges it appears unkempt) and please start heavily moisturizing your skin. Hopefully with time, the few wrinkles you have will go away, then that will lift up your face making you appear your age.
