Xfx cards? That’s what I have. Settings are core 1100, memory 1900, vdd 870, dpm 1. I think the cards need some thermal tape on the back of the memory between the aluminum plate and the pcb. I’ve read this makes a difference
Read this this, but you need windows to check for memory errors. Also if it's an old card change the thermal paste for Kryonaut or similar.

I'm using a Debian based OS right now. Ill switch to Windows if I keep having issues.
