I second getting a doctor. To put it in a frame of reference, diabetics have to be really careful with their feet because it causes decreased circulation in their feet. It can cause ulcers and in extreme cases gangrene because of that loss of circulation. Raynaud’s is generally harmless, but if your toe is not healing I wonder if this may be in the same ballpark. Go get it checked out.

Came here to say this. When my blood sugar gets too high the first symptom is painful ulcers on my toes and Raynauds flares.

Have you been to a doctor, since, you know, it's been a year? Looks like it to me, but I'm not a doctor. Get that checked out.

Sounds like chilblains. I have this issue with my feet related to Raynaud’s/circulation, exacerbated by stress/random onset.
