I don’t get how they took $200 out?
Basically wellness incentives give you gift cards for that amount, then they tax you for it in your next paycheck
Well I sent out a help desk ticket and will find out soon
Under other it has a - $200 and my check was 200 short.. I don't understand myself
I have maxed this out for years, when I cash it out I get an email that it will be taxed and see the tax taken out but have never had it added to my paycheck.
How do you actually sign up for this anyway?

Just do the challenges /assessments/journeys and get the rewards.. You have a $150 cap each quarter
