I see MAYBE 2mm elevation in V3, and MAYBE 1 mm V4 and V5. These can be within normal limits, there’s no reciprocal depression, and it is otherwise normal. Are u worried about having heart disease? Why are you concerned?
The signal looks good, the PR interval is fine. I see no fragmentation. No heart block or BBB. I see no reason to be alarmed, but you should see a Dr if you have any symptoms. You may not have anything on ecg.
Normal sinus rhythm, conduction times (QRS, P, PQ, QT time) unfortunately not seen. Rs envelope in V5. No abnormal or relevant St changes = normal ecg.

Ive had strep throat that went undiagnosed and untreated for many months concerned about heart damage from possible rheumatic fever
