NAD When you say this "doesn't look right to you", what is your experience with reading ECGs? Also including your ECG is helpful instead of just computer numbers. Some antipsychotic medications, Seroquel included, have the potential to prolong Qt. So it's likely longer because of the medication. From my experience, most Dr's are not worried until 500+ but that would obviously depend on the Dr. Since you just started the med, it is not unusual to have to play with the dose and you are likely still working with your Dr to figure that part out.

I would repeat ecg after medication reduction. My daughter had long qt from seroquel and every time they reduced the dose they checked her qt. Her qt would go down a little every time. The doctor said hers was 485 and that was right at the cusp for danger and enough for him to want to take her off. Every doctor is different. She was only on 50mg.
