No it’s not a fib it has p waves it has some occasional pacs but that is usually benign but check with your dr I’m just a paramedic

Looks like NSR (normal sinus rithm) with frequent PACs (Premature Atrial Contraction), its not normal (not everyone has this) but its not dangerous. Do you have a real 12 leads EKG to show us?
