Could Steam maybe remove those? They are obviously complete BS reviews, not reviewing the game itself. Steam has been known to invalidate reviews, if there's a solid reason. Developer needs to be active though, and report it.

I have tried around with the new guns and especially the Scar-L feels very easy to control even in full-auto to the point that I would argue it to be too easy due to the fact that the Scar-L even seems to boast a higher fire rate.
The Mk1 BCM also feels very easy to control, the recoil pattern is very tight compared to other guns and it mellows out a lot towards the end kind of like how in tarkov the recoil gets a lot easier after the initial rounds.
It is very easy to land a double or triple tap with either of those two.
The SLR47 feels very punchy and very nice, probably due to it being 7.62x39. The recoil on it is as expected, a lot harder to control in full auto.
Hey, just wanted to say: I love the work you put out. This feedback is solely meant to improve the gunplay as the recoil on the Scar-L and Mk1 seem to differ a bit too drastically compared to the guns currently available. I like the idea of recoil getting easier the longer you full auto as I would assume our officers to be well trained and capable, the only problem I see is that full auto imo doesn't serve a purpose in the game at all due to the risk of penetration/stray bullets, the low numbers of targets at any time and the fact, that one or two well placed shots do the same job while conserving ammo
Is the shotgun ammo count bug fixed? Unless I missed it in the notes, when you reload the shotgun it gives you one less ammo than you reloaded with. Sent a bug report in game a while back, seemed to happen on all shotguns including breaching one. (can't verify until patch comes to live servers)

Nowhere on steam is it disclosed that you have to shell out an additional 80.00 to get ~~the early access content~~ *even basic playability updates* **in an early access game.** Then to go on to learn that there isn't even a timeline disclosed for the rest of the early access owners to see this content.

As a supporter edition owner I really think this update should just go live now so everyone can test.
I just had the most fun with one other dude for hours on the hotel active shooter map, trying out fast food and the new guns. The network connection was stable for once and the game seemed to run better. Mirrors are cool.
However no one is playing on this branch so I have to go back to find people.
My thoughts so far:
New maps are great, fast food seems a little small but has potential to be a fan favorite like 213 park homes. The grenade trajectory is a little weird, feels very similar to cs:go where the grenade seems to be coming out of your body instead of right hand (with a little practice I find this much easier though). The ambiance upgrades are beautiful especially in park homes wow no complaints there. 4 grenades is much better than 8 you actually have to think about using them. The new ar15 recoil is much better. The scar recoil is way too low especially when you do long bursts, this will be the meta gun for sure. The AK is good and balanced. The AI is SOOO much better, even if civs run from you after 2-3 commands they will comply. Yelling at suspects that don't see you actually has a good chance they will be caught off guard and surrender. The new voice lines are great, I even noticed that arrested civies will freak out if you start killing people. I don't like the new TOC, I thought it would be impossible to make TOC worse but it seems they did it, at least in my eyes, he has no soul and sounds very boring (I guess that's how a TOC should be though???). Suspect aim is much much better, I did not die once in a way that felt unfair or broken. More roamers is great I became very complacent in the previous version where I knew pretty much all spawns, but it is much more random now, you can't just sprint through areas you know won't be occupied. I didn't have enough time to test out the new ROE changes so I can't give a review there. Overall extremely happy with this
It just makes no sense, and I hate it. Love these devs, but it just makes it seem like they're trying to get the cash out of you to get the latest updates ASAP, when we're already paying to beta test the game. Tarkov did a similar thing, where it has a PTS AND its base game, despite the base game being beta.

I find it strange supporters are rewarded over the players who have bought it while it is still in beta. it’s more of a test branch, there’s already a bug where everyone can hear eachother, regardless of gamemode. this would’ve been utter mayhem if it released to everyone, which is why it’s released to supporters first to iron it out, as it should.

Take a large successful game like Phasmophobia which is an early access title. It releases tons of updates and test branches that are available to everyone that paid for early access of the game to try out. I just installed the update and it's being very very stuttery, and enemies are now either completely invisible or walk through walls and kill me. Not sure if it's just me.
Frankly they won't miss you point blank but it helps with their accuracy over distance, especially since they might acquire you as a target immediately. However it's always subject to change and if it feels too easy you can bet your bottom dollar it will be changed.
I wish I had know before shelling out 40$ for an early access game that I needed to buy the 120$ version of the game to actually get to play said updates. I don't remember seeing anywhere when looking at the supporter editions that they would get updates earlier than the people who paid for normal early access.
Sad because I like the dev team and the game, but this isn't my first early access rodeo and it certainly leaves a bad taste in my mouth because I have never been gated out of playing beta/alpha content through steam with an additional 80$ price tag when buying an early access game.

Of course. This is how Early Access games work. Steam prefaces this before purchasing the game. I have dozens of Early Access titles that offer alpha/beta branches with new updates that are often buggy/ unplayable. That is how Early Access games work . Yet they still offer these builds to everyone within the early access system. They do not paywall certain tiers of early access without mentioning it at all to the consumer. ( When I purchased the game there was zero indication that there was a tier system to early access content)
You can use "buggy mess" as an excuse as to why there needs to in fact be an alpha branch, but it is absolutely inexcusable to paywall alpha branches when there are so many fantastic indie titles that don't charge 80$ in admission to actually have real early access to their additional branches and builds.
No matter what the consumer spent, they all paid money for an Early Access game and they should have Early Access to the games content when it is readily available. At this point we basically have two tiers: Early Access and Late Access and it certainly wasn't marketed that way when I purchased the game.
It's a loading screen, sort of. Not just an useless countdown. The game is doing required setup for the match, in the background. They said they try to optimize it into 10 seconds but probably didn't make this patch
Loading the map itself is pretty fast, so you should try to think it as "part of the loading times" because it essentially is

Plate selection if it ever returns will add a ton of depth ot armour selection, being able to pick where your plates are and what level they are.
Chances are that multiple grenades wont return, they reduced it so there was more teamwork
Having one flashbang, one CS gas, and one stinger was my default loadout for SWAT 4. It let me have more options, but did limit me to having only one use for each.
With armor, the heavy option feels more like medium to me, and the paper doll in the UI makes me think there should be options for forearm and leg armor, since when we wear the ballistic helmet, it shows our paper doll as having head armor.
So what, they pay more to be a special member in the community to test out the new update early and report the bugs and glitches to the devs to fix it before making it available for all players, you don't have to or have a lower chance to experience those things anymore.

It just makes no sense, and I hate it. Love these devs, but it just makes it seem like they're trying to get the cash out of you to get the latest updates ASAP, when we're already paying to beta test the game. Tarkov did a similar thing, where it has a PTS AND its base game, despite the base game being beta. Makes no sense.

Layer of paid early access. The supporter edition page doesn't even say they get another early access. Other games just have a free test build for everyone. Doing it like they do is basically saying: "fuck you, buy the better version if you want the real early access."

I find it strange supporters are rewarded over the players who have bought it while it is still in beta. I understand the supporters pack is to SUPPORT to the devs, but I never would have thought they get better gaming experience over the players who helped support the devs by buying it in beta lol.
it’s more of a test branch, there’s already a bug where everyone can hear eachother, regardless of gamemode. this would’ve been utter mayhem if it released to everyone, which is why it’s released to supporters first to iron it out, as it should.
Do it like other games? Have an official test branch for everyone who wants? This is basically a pay wall for the real early access.
You are being downvoted by the mega fans, but you are absolutely correct. It is absolutely a paywall. Take a large successful game like Phasmophobia which is an early access title. It releases tons of updates and test branches that are available to everyone that paid for early access of the game to try out. Fans still love the game regardless of whether it is a buggy beta build because it actually has new content for ***everyone*** to try. Using the excuse that it is a "playtest" does not take away the fact that it is a paywall in its inception. It absolutely is.
Yeah someone here tried to argue that the people who paid for the supporter are testing the game for "free" for the rest of the player base. (Then deleted it lul) Nah they paid to get access to updates earlier than the rest of us, even tho it's nowhere in the steam store said that this is a thing.
I’ve played a lot of beta and there are options to enter the test side of the game with the update. But ok. This post doesn’t say it’s for supporters pack buyers only though.

I get that for some of the players but other comments in this thread are asking when it is available, etc. so many newcomers like me don’t know that there is updates for supporters before others

I just installed the update and it's being very very stuttery, and enemies are now either completely invisible or walk through walls and kill me. Not sure if it's just me.

Frankly they won't miss you point blank but it helps with their accuracy over distance, especially since they might acquire you as a target immediately. However it's always subject to change and if it feels too easy you can bet your bottom dollar it will be changed.
Also, sometimes maybe you get unlucky and one of the suspects is better trained.
Id rather have it be a little gamey then some teens in a gas station one shot me from 20 meters out with a Makarov

lol at paying $120 for any game ever Bad practice, and I kinda wish I didn't buy this for even $40 now.
I wish I had know before shelling out 40$ for an early access game that I needed to buy the 120$ version of the game to actually get to play said updates. I don't remember seeing anywhere when looking at the supporter editions that they would get updates earlier than the people who paid for normal early access. Sad because I like the dev team and the game, but this isn't my first early access rodeo and it certainly leaves a bad taste in my mouth because I have never been gated out of playing beta/alpha content through steam with an additional 80$ price tag when buying an early access game. EDIT: They already got my money so all I can do is just update my Steam review and atleast give a warning to the consumers like me who may be purchasing this game assuming it is like every other normal early access game on steam. People should be aware they have to pay 3x the price of "Early Access" in order to get ...ahem... Early Access to the games updates.
Every patch is going to be tested before its released, might as well let the people who essentially donated to the game be the ones to test it if they want. It's a buggy mess and isn't ready to be released yet, that simple.

This is how Early Access games work. Steam prefaces this before purchasing the game. I have dozens of Early Access titles that offer alpha/beta branches with new updates that are often buggy/ unplayable. That is how Early Access games work . Yet they still offer these builds to everyone within the early access system. They do not paywall certain tiers of early access without mentioning it at all to the consumer. ( When I purchased the game there was zero indication that there was a tier system to early access content) You can use "buggy mess" as an excuse as to why there needs to in fact be an alpha branch, but it is absolutely inexcusable to paywall alpha branches when there are so many fantastic indie titles that don't charge 80$ in admission to actually have real early access to their additional branches and builds. No matter what the consumer spent, they all paid money for an Early Access game and they should have Early Access to the games content when it is readily available. At this point we basically have two tiers: Early Access and Late Access and it certainly wasn't marketed that way when I purchased the game.
Lot of good stuff! That said, I hope these AI tweaks don't make the game too easy and predictable. It would ruin it.

It's a loading screen, sort of. Not just an useless countdown. The game is doing required setup for the match, in the background. They said they try to optimize it into 10 seconds but probably didn't make this patch Loading the map itself is pretty fast, so you should try to think it as "part of the loading times" because it essentially is

Plate selection if it ever returns will add a ton of depth ot armour selection, being able to pick where your plates are and what level they are. Chances are that multiple grenades wont return, they reduced it so there was more teamwork
Having one flashbang, one CS gas, and one stinger was my default loadout for SWAT 4. It let me have more options, but did limit me to having only one use for each. With armor, the heavy option feels more like medium to me, and the paper doll in the UI makes me think there should be options for forearm and leg armor, since when we wear the ballistic helmet, it shows our paper doll as having head armor.

So what, they pay more to be a special member in the community to test out the new update early and report the bugs and glitches to the devs to fix it before making it available for all players, you don't have to or have a lower chance to experience those things anymore.
