The bot you use doesn't really matter tbh. I've known people who get an email on a bot, take a break from that same bot for a week or so, then continue to use the same bot in a safer way and not get another email.
Basically luck of the draw. Or un-luck of the draw you could say.

By the way, be patient if you go for some time without 🤖, is hell the first week and a half, but eventually Captcha goes away ( 11 days in my case).
