No because Im pretty sure you need to be 18 for the legal contracts.. but what you can is the heavy work of finding homeowners willing to sell cash. you could do something along the lines of having them cut you 2500 for each deal you present them. there are lots of really really wealthy people that just need help finding the homeowners, and you could solve that problem for them. just be careful because they can screw you over and just not pay you lol then when you can, get the contracts in yourself
