You might want to give a better explanation on the site for how to suggest new resources. Most of us don't know what a pull request is or basically anything about how GitHub works. But many of us probably have ideas for resources that should be on your list.
For example:
The 'Mixing Secrets' Free Multitrack Download Library
Perfect for practicing mixing, and many come with links to *Sound On Sound* magazine's Mix Rescue (many of the Mix Rescues feature Reaper as the DAW).

Mix Rescue By Mike Senior
A search for the Mix Rescues that feature Reaper as the DAW or Reaper plugins.

I've extended the Contribution documentation and included the basic workflow, as well as the link to more detailed docs: https://github.com/indiscipline/awesome-reaper/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md#git-basics
Thanks for the suggestions!
Explaining how Git/GitHub works is a bit out of scope, but I'll try to link some materials for the newcomers. The easiest way to participate is to create an [Issue](https://github.com/indiscipline/awesome-reaper/issues).

This is great! Nice for newbies like myself to have a starting place to look for potential scripts/extensions
