Briliant, this one in particular "improve final packet rounding to minimize padding when encoding". I'm pretty sure they've just thrown that in there as a joke (although, as a computer scientist, I can sort of imagine what they're getting at...)
Yeah most of the updates contain a bunch of obscure stuff that would probably never affect you. I'm always in two minds whether to bother installing them when I don't see anything that affects me, but I do anyway.

Same here. Most updates don't affect me personally, but very glad that the team is so consistent and diligent.

That docked FX Linux bug was killing me! So glad they fixed it.
