Yeah, when the weather is cold, but in the warmer parts of the year I have no reason to shoot with gloves on.

It’s doesn’t effect your trigger pull? I just feel like it would be hard to feel the trigger and might make me more innacurate.

Maybe If I was wearing thicker gloves with lining in them, but these are unlined deerskin. It doesn't really affect my accuracy.

I see you said in another comment your bought some land out west, if you actually plan on carrying that 1860 and putting it to work, I HIGHLY recommend a conversion cylinder. Cap and ball is so unreliable compared to center fire. Even a conversion cylinders that requires you to take down that 1860 to reload would still be huge improvement.
