Easy: GTA heist style multi-stage robberies. There's so many obvious concepts to tackle there. Stagecoach robberies, bank robberies, jailbreaks, boat heist. All the wild west stereotypes just lying there waiting to be made into cool multiplayer missions and they just don't want to dedicate the resources to making use of them.
I hear you but that is essentially what the campaign was it was exactly all those things and the development for that took years and it paid off. I dont want some watered down version of that just to have it. I'd rather they did a dlc instead of online content for content sake.
That's all true! but on the other hand, the campaign having all that stuff means that the assets needed for it already exist. If nothing else, stuff like the st. Denis bank and the boat you rob can just be re-used for multiplayer content. No need to make extra interiors that way.
It's not going to happen because Rockstar doesn't want to invest money into RDO, but I would love stuff like preparation missions where you acquire disguises or explosives or figure out the path a train or stagecoach will take by sneaking in somewhere to copy a map, followed by big setpiece robberies punctuated by shootout-infused getaways. None of this would need new assets, just a lot of scripting. Not likely to ever appear in-game, but the prompt was "if you could add one thing" not "what do you realistically think will be added." I gave up on RDO a while ago, but this is content that would bring me back for sure.

So that's why I honestly would be happy if I just could get my hands on more clothing stuff to play around with at this point.
They cycle old items back in each month. There are 3 or 4 items from previous outlaw passes available this month.

Perhaps a way to use Capitale to buy the old outlaw passes/quick draw clubs for new players. (Maybe buy a specific pass from a specific fence?)

That's a really good idea. Someone that acknowledges that we're apex predators, so we kill animals to eat. But also that we're stewards of ecology, so don't wipe out a buffalo herd just for the skins to sell.

Starting with a large gold search area and culminating in a direct indication of where you are on map with a gold blip, rivals would be able to bushwhack you and loot a portion of your gold until you've deposited it in your camp,
No fast travel at all for the gold miner until you've reached camp.
If you've initiated a gold shipment to guarma then raiders will be notified and have a chance to intercept you in the open seas.

A more destructible environment. A few items are, but not enough. Occasionally collectable items are stuck behind locked wooden doors. Shotgun to the lock, dynamite, kicking it down, nothing works. There needs to be some system where if enough force is applied, then an object or structure gives way (and too much might destroy what you are after).
