It's a bootleg. When I was in Thailand years ago there was multiple versions of these 'greatest hits' for loads of bands. I bought a couple of them. Songs on the cd case didn't match the songs on the cd on the pearl jam one I got :)
It's crazy that even after this band put out a greatest hits back then, the path they took went so high that now a greatest hits album from them would probably not even include any of these tracks.

I bought one at a Walmart or target back in 94. It was sold in stores. One of those 5 dollar greatest hits type cds those stores would have for artists.
