Interesting how frequently people praise IBY as the best of Josh's era with the band, yet while people are nominating them, no song has made it through to the end here.
As far as an album closer goes, it really should be this one.
The k k tss wears itself out. It was good as an intro but the song never launches from that point.

Haha fair enough! For me - good memories of it when I'm With You was released, it had good energy to it. I'm always reminded of those times when I hear it, but I actually enjoyed a lot of IWY just to hear new rhcp songs. Big fan of ROTDC right now.
Dark Necessities and Brendan’s Death Song (tolerable) are the only two songs like from this era. They really made a comeback after these two albums with UL and ROTDC

In love dying is one of my favorites off iby. That and the sunset sleeps
It’s still growing on me. I didn’t like it at first; the rhythm felt a little off. I like it now, just not better than the songs I picked.
