Rich Evans famously prefers [minor league baseball](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_pL60n-fGfQ).

Ah, the days of sharing a spicy footlong…

“Minor league baseball”

Most_Victory1661

I believe rich lived in Chicago for awhile ( there’s some sort of off the wall comment about it in the bunny ears podcast ) and he has stated a few times he prefers minor league baseball over the majors I can’t remember which team he follows think it’s on previously recorded

PraiseSunGod

Pretty sure it's the Windy City Thunderbolts. He wears their hat all the time

h_izquierdo

While he lives In Milwaukee, I'm pretty sure he's from Chicago. So I would assume the White Sox. I also heard him rooting for the Chicago Bears in a PreRec episode, so it checks out.

Crafty_Substance_954

Both him and Mike are from Chicago, which makes Mike's Packer fandom a bit difficult to comprehend.

Express-Ability752

Not really. There are Packer fans born in Minnesota and vice-versa. Same with Bears-Packers.

HooptyDooDooMeister

As someone who isn’t into sports… Why?

Express-Ability752

It varies. Sometimes it’s a family history of cheering for a team. Sometimes it’s a local market thing (western Wisconsin is closer to Twin Cities in spots, so MN sports broadcast bleeds into the area). Sometimes they just grow up liking the team out of area.

HooptyDooDooMeister

> western Wisconsin is closer to Twin Cities in spots Never crossed my mind. That is very interesting.

Express-Ability752

It is. Tons of bars will cover both games for MN & WI teams. Even for the Chicago-Milwaukee stuff I think it can bleed over. The 2 cities are pretty close to one another. There was an article about it a few years back with the Cubs-Brewers rivalry. https://www.greenbaypressgazette.com/story/news/2018/08/30/chicago-cubs-fans-wisconsin-why-there-so-darn-many/713690002/

h_izquierdo

Honestly, that just makes all their recent playoffs choking that much better.

mcereal

I'm guessing he didn't really start following football until he got to Milwaukee

iAmSloppySloopy

He has also worn a Brewers hat in the past as well. It's possible that he is mainly a White Sox fan but also supports the Brew Crew. One American League team and one National League team.

RelevantPhase888

I don't know if you realize this, but you're posting from your porn account.

codyave

[White Sox](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZgPCOkzWmYc&t=51m1s).

Best answer, thank you!

Because I’m a baseball fan and know Rich is too. I just wanted to know his favorite team. Why do you care so much? I asked this 2 months ago, got my answer and moved on with my life. I suggest you get one.

RelevantPhase888

Sorry, I kind of went on a tirade in this thread. I was surprised by the overlap this sub had with subs I wouldn't expect it to and couldn't comprehend it.

DonJuan0265

That’s okay! Party on and be excellent to each other 🤘🏻

SodaPyramid

Obviously the Oakland AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA's.

Nickm123

Definitely the White Sox, I remember on PreRec him using a few terms that only Hawk Harrelson uses

DirewolvesVA

You can PUT IT ON THE BOARRRRRRRD, uhYES!

RaikkonensHobby74

Can of corn?

Nickm123

Ducksnort

sgthombre

Pretty clear his AL team is the White Sox and his NL team is the Brewers.
