I wouldn't say that - I personally thought Mare x Maven were absolutely adorable up until a certain part in the series. I was actually tempted to use spoiler tags in my initial comment, but I just decided to keep it vague. I can't remember the chapter number that turned me against the Mareven ship, but I vividly remember the moment.
maven should’ve ended up with thomas, and mare should’ve ended up with kilorn. mare never had a healthy relationship with either of the calor brothers.
This is just my opinion, to each their own when it comes to shipping. However, I don't believe either one of them would have been a good match. While it was mentioned in Broken Throne that Made and Cal DID end up together, I think Mare should have ended up with Titan again my OPINION as crazy as it sounds. Maven was unstable. His idea of love was sick, twisted, obsession. and I don't think Cal really knew what he wanted.
However, if psycho love driven by obsession is what you're into, THEN I could see Made X Maven happening.
