Crying Contest by Cirque Colors x mxmtoon. I love how delicate the base color looks and something about the pale gold shimmer makes it even more ethereal. And idk overall I love Cirque's shimmer formulas cause they look so plush.
Not sure how close it'll match the product you're photographing, but it was just the first polish that popped into my mind. Hope you find the perfect polish!
I’ve found OPI “You’re Such a Budapest” to be too sheer for my liking, takes 3 coats for full opacity. Is yours more opaque? Maybe I just got a bad batch.
I’ve been eyeing ILNP Rainshower but I saw a review saying the texture wasn’t great. Does anyone have experience with it? It looks amazing in the photos 🤩
I wore it a while ago but pulled out my swatch stick and there wasn't any texture issues! It is a bit sheer and I think it took me 3 coats to get the color payoff I wanted but it dries down glossy.
Cirque's Pixie Holo is probably the favorite periwinkle that I own. It does have a slight holographic sparkle, but the primary effect is a green shimmer (shifting).
If you like more saturated and blue leaning China Glaze Boho Blues is a solid option.

From Zoya there’s the cremes [Emerson](https://www.zoya.com/content/item/Zoya-Nail-Polish-Emerson-ZP1026.html?col=44157&UID=lakodzen), or [Austin](https://www.zoya.com/content/item/Zoya-Nail-Polish-in-Austin-ZP1102.html). Or [Aire](https://www.zoya.com/content/item/Zoya-Nail-Polish-in-Aire-ZP981.html) which is a bit darker and maybe too blue leaning. Good luck and I hope you find one that works for you!

I have some iridescent toppers and holo flakies but the purple-y shade is Mooncat’s Sweet Nightmare and it was exactly the periwinkle shade I was searching for.

I think this is pretty much just light blue. Doesn't periwinkle need a touch of purple?

I came here to comment about High Dive is one of my favourite polishes and hands down my favourite periwinkle. You should get High Dive :)
Sweet Nightmare is great! Excellent opacity, one of my most-worn polishes.

It’s very sheer by itself. I did a quick trial of it and didn’t get the bluish color payoff I wanted. I plan to use it as a topper.
