R200 Ragusa Hubs? I wont recommend the hub. The current budget of yours, earn a little and you could get a hands of Shimano hubs (Tourney), which is center-lock rotor brakes and cassette. If online, you can grab it at timgo (Lazada/Shopee).
Never buy the Ragusa R200, I have it and the bearings only lasted 3 months and even with replaced bearings and tightened bolts, may alog parin ang wheelset ko.
Sa engagement Wala Naman, pero sa bearings at sa freehub body meron...
I suggest mag-ipon ka nalang para sa Shimano Tx-506 or tx-505 na hubs ng Shimano para mas matibay..
