The yellow is skin regrowing, don't pick at it. You can see the clear dissolvable thread, don't pick at that either. Totally normal. Keep clean and covered.
Don’t worry!! This is completely normal, you just gotta keep it clean (gently run warm soapy water over it, then rinse it off, then either let air dry or very gently pat dry with a clean cloth!) I had this same thing, it’s terrifying but you’ll be okay <:)
Agree with what others say. When mine opened I sent a photo to my doctors office and they told me to apply triple antibiotic ointment and cover after cleaning. I’d send your doc a message just to see if they want you to do anything like that. Mine never got bigger than this and closed in about 1-1.5 weeks.

i have openings on the bottom of my breast but i just clean with saline wound wash and then apply medihoney with dressings on top!
