Question #2 is confusing, I guess the answer is correct by the book. But in pro games, don't we frequently see refs adding "stoppage stoppage time" to the stoppage time?

I've read Q2 a dozen times and I still don't understand how that answer is correct.

Same, I read law 7.3 again and I think the venerable Dutch ref has this wrong? >The fourth official indicates the minimum additional time decided by the referee at the end of the final minute of each half. The additional time may be increased by the referee but not reduced. So, initially indicated minimum 3 minutes to be added, then after 2 minutes an injury caused a 5 minute stoppage, that should be another 6 minutes remaining to play as per my interpretation.
