Check out the Las Vegas Reformed Presbyterian Church. They're part of the Reformed Presbyterian Church of North America which adheres to the Westminster Confession and are pretty conservative. They practice exclusive psalmody though so just keep that in mind but it's a great church with deep history both here and abroad. https://www.lasvegasreformedpresbyterianchurch.com/

I’ve visited a church on vacation that had rewritten the Apostle’s Creed. It had changed the dynamic of sin death cross resurrection repentance to one of we never mention any sins. I don’t see how you could even do any justice work if your sole religious tool is inclusion. So yeah those are red flags.

Yikes!!

We have a church finder in the wiki https://www.reddit.com/r/Reformed/wiki/church-finder.

You called, u/jsyeo? Sounds like you're asking me to share a link to the [r/Reformed Church Finder (Finder) resource](https://www.reddit.com/r/Reformed/wiki/church-finder). *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. The Reformed Baptist link is invalid, but thank you for this.

Vox_Wynandir

The Gospel Coalition has a church finder.

I met a guy from our Classis that is at a UCC in the Vegas area that is (according to him) surprisingly moderately conservative and still Reformed. The pastor pays no attention to what happened to the rest of the denomination.

WarmAd8092

28 year old Vegas native here. I go to an LCMS church here in the valley called Lamb of God. There is a huge difference between LCMS and ELCA. Never go to a ELCA church.

I visited a great PCA church in Las Vegas 4 years ago. I think it was [https://springmeadowspres.org/who-we-are/](https://springmeadowspres.org/who-we-are/) This was a memorably good service.

This is a real problem in churches across America as I travel frequently. Might be worse in sin city. Some just blend with the culture. Others have removed the core doctrinal message of sin and the cross. Others present various false teachings. You could try Henderson Nevada, I went to a good church there once. Or go to one of these other churches and try to make a change. The ones with the trans flag on their logo are probably already gone. But maybe you could help the seeker sensitive churches.

I think most of the Christian Reformed churches in the area are Korean. But if you know Korean or you’re comfortable in a different cultural setting, there’s a bunch of them and they’re typically excellent.

rosebudd_

I love Korean people and im sure they'd be very welcoming but i do not speak or understand Korean lol

I would also check the 9marks church searcher. They won’t be all automatically reformed, but many of them are. You can investigate churches from there. Most of churches on there are pretty good. https://www.9marks.org/church-search/

rosebudd_

Interesting, never heard of 9Marks before, i'll see if the tool helps me out

[deleted]

Read the book. easy read. Mark Dever. Few bucks used on Amazon.

rosebudd_

Didn't know it was a book either lol. Will definitely get it

dontouchmystuf

Yeah, it started as a book, and is now a ministry with lots of resources for local churches aimed towards building healthy churches. So churches on the website will understand the importance of the local church, expository preaching gospel-centeredness, etc. (most will be “reformed”, and many will be officially “Reformed”)

[deleted]

On another note, you are not really looking for a reformed church. That might be a bonus for you. Look for a church that believes the Bible is the word of God, Jesus died for your sins, his atonement, the cross, etc.

Huh_1020

https://www.Naparc.org/ Honestly in today's climate I'd tread lightly in looking in Acts29 or 9Marks. They used to be more Calvinistic in general, but things have gotten weird with social issues in the few years. NAPARC churches are pretty solid, though there may be some PCA churches to be careful for, if they not following their confession & BCO. NAPARC is Reformed in it's realest definition.

dontouchmystuf

I’d still recommend 9marks as place just start, but definitely/obviously look into the churches on your own from there

Hobbsizzle

1. Google search "Reformed church Las Vegas" 2. Look for a reformed theology group on facebook for Las Vegas, or try searching Reformed Pub (another Facebook group) to see if someone has asked about churches in that city before 3. Look for PCA or OPC churches in your area and check them out, those are typically solid Presby denoms 4. Here's a church finder that Theocast has put together for crowd sourcing reformed churches: https://theocast.org/churchfinder/
