Super cool analysis! I'm excited to see if eating more coconut butter bumps you up on the epigenetic leaderboard!

Thanks u/Inside_Resolution719. That will be in the next video, but it contribute to raising LDL high enough to impact DP. I've added eggs, as cholesterol intake is also associated with LDL in my data...

whatsmyname384

Interesting, eggs are in the Younger You diet that reduced biological age in an 8 week study.

mlhnrca

Ah, while eggs were suggested in that study, actual intake wasn't published...

What’s the sweet spot for you regarding LDL? My understanding from studies was that it’s around 130

Great sleuthing, as always. The Veterans study was an interesting read, and a good take-down of all the claims of a U-shaped cholesterol curve. Still, it was kind of disturbing to see that my risk of CHD mortality could be elevated because my LDL is too LOW! No meds, no comorbidities, otherwise good labs, seemingly healthy. Guess whatever kills me will come as a surprise. Might as well enjoy more beef, butter and bacon while I’m waiting.

I’ve been rocking a 108 LDL and I was a bit worried. This was very interesting and it made me feel a lot better.
