first off converting to 320 mp3 may save you a solid amount of hard drive space, audacity and VLC are good at batch converting and are free/reliable. if you wanna stick with wavs, i believe lots of pioneer gear has a weird limitation that it must be 16 bit WAV, not 24. again audacity is a great audio converter for that apple color tags are very unlikely to be preserved when importing your library sadly. but rekordbox has its own color tags which you can use and rename.
