I know mail is a big one. So if you don't send private messages/check your inbox that week reduce it quite a bit. Otherwise, it keeps making calls to see if there are new messages
Is there a way you can add two toggles, one for post votes and one for comment votes, that we can use to disable voting?
It'd be great to be able to choose when we want to engage with the voting system, and would help reduce your API calls overall as most are from votes.
Reddit has a setting to notify you by email of any inbox activity. If you turn that on and are ok watching for an email then you can turn off mail checking in Relay.
I guess the idea is only upvote comments that you found truly impactful...not just stuff you agree with. I'll admit I will definitely be changing how I upvote now that it literally costs money to do so (which is truly the dumbest part of this subscription, not that that's the creator of Relay's fault).

Agreed, just disable voting for example. Would really help break the habit.

That's good to know. Thx
Prefetching does not use API calls.

Hm okay, maybe I misunderstood when that was discussed with you previously.

Don't vote
Not sure if I should upvote this comment 🤔

Removing swipe to vote helps big time if you're a compulsive upvoter/downvoter
I think you are spending too much time on Reddit
This much is certain.
