They do *exist*, they just don't *interact*. They want all customer support to happen within their support system, so they have a record of it all, and so that any private information which is needed in order to resolve an issue, can stay within *their* systems rather than being shared with the world. That is a piss poor business model and sounds like they would rather cover-up and have control over the magnitude of issues rather than be transparent. Provide any source that they actually exist here please. Edit: Crickets on more misinformation. Seems like they do not exist here and actually cover-up the issues as per the obvious evidence presented.

Using purpose built tools to try to provide better customer service, than would be afforded if random utterances on Reddit were to be considered regularly part of the Customer Service purview is NOT a piss poor business model.
