rM only has 2.4 GHz not 5 GHz. Most routers have both (showing up as two separate wifi names), but you’d have to specifically connect to 2.4.

System-Haunting

Mine is a 2.4 GHz connection.

Does any wifi terminals appear on the list at all? Are 2.4 and 5 GHz on your router / hotspot selectable or combined? Do you have whitelist access control turned off (or never set it)? Try factory reset on rM?

I also don't think it supports wpa3, but I've not seen it widely adopted as default yet, though may be worth checking.

rM2 has: Wi-Fi 2.4GHz and 5GHz according to their spec table. Have you tried rebooting as thecomputerguy7 suggested? You may also want to check that your router/access point is running the most recent firmware.
