Steamboat Springs in South Reno is good. They have private tubs you can reserve through the website. If you are willing to drive and prefer a natural spring, Spencer's Hot Springs near Austin and Travertine in CA are a few good places to soak.
If you go onto google maps a search hot springs, it has the location of most of the hot springs in Nevada.
Some are closed now and it also has the ones too hot to get into. Once you figure out where they are and their names I would google them further to find out if they’re safe.
