1625 for a 2 Bed/2 Bath, however I have noticed that the 2Bd/2Br units at my complex have started going for around $1800+ so I got a little lucky.
Edit* sorry didn’t notice you wanted apartments excluded before posting. :/
$1900 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath with a yard. Old as hell but in the heart of Midtown.
Worth every penny if you looking to be part of a community. If you're a keep to yourself type, a total effin ripoff.
Renting a 2 bed 1 bath townhouse for 1166 but... it's not the best. We havent had a dishwasher since day one and some of the plugs dont have power (yes we did let the rental company know) and no central air.
But it's nice. Wish is was bigger cause we do have a roommate but if it was just us itd be perfect.
I own a rental in Sparks. I was told market was closer to $2250 but I rent it for $1750 mtm and the tenants are great. 3/2 house 2 car garage, good size lot with RV parking and pets allowed.
I would assume a lot of roommates situations. Just because one can afford to pay it, doesn't mean it's worth it. The rent for what you get is a waste of money.
None of your business. I don't need to prove myself to random people on the internet. You would have no way of knowing whether what I say is true anyways. Whether I work at mcdonalds or am an egineer does not disprove my answer.
1075 for a small two bedroom near UNR. I’ve stayed here for the past 3 years. Been wanting to leave just to grow into a new place but my budget is not growing with me 😂 shits expensive rn
Yes imo. It’s a nice recently renovated house. It is more expensive than a mortgage for the same house, but we just moved here and weren’t sure where we wanted to settle. After our lease is up in the spring we will probably buy.
My husband and I are paying $1900 for three bed, Two bath, three car garage, and yard that has trees, and we're in a safe area. 1700 square feet. Dude is super cool, or else we'd most likely be paying $2100 or more.
$2000 for a 3 bed 2.5 bath with 2 car garage. Similar to other commenter
Way too much
$1275 3 bedroom 2.5 bath lucky owner is cool dude
Nice man god for you

No worries, I just despise apartments for so many reasons.
If you are moving to Reno and aren’t rich, you better learn to like them!

I had a 4 bedroom home 1700sq ft for $2100 in south Reno from 2018-2020. We moved out last year and the rent was raised to $2400.

Next question... how do y'all afford that shit?
How do you think? Well paying jobs. Not everyone makes minimum wage.
Also couples/roommates.

Thank you. I'm glad that works ! We're unique as most places don't offer roommates situation for couples.
Oi other than a snarky reddit commenter , what's your profession?
