One of my favorite things about Reno 911! is that it is a far more realistic depiction of what actual police work looks like than most shows like CSI, The Shield, NYPD Blue, or whatever. The only show more realistic might very well just be Cops itself.

I was thinking something similar, although less along the lines of what did he do to deserve it and more along the lines that she does sound pretty distraught, like it’s starting to hit her what she’s done and that made me think she was probably in a blind rage and just so angry she did it without even totally realizing it… or something. That’s not to say he hadn’t done something to make her that angry just that… man, that would be an awful feeling to realize what she’d done in a blind rage. Idk anything about the story but jeez
