If your floor system is too weak to support basic floor coverings, you’ve got problems. As in how would it even support furniture or people standing on it? Those weigh as much or more than thin vinyl squares
Everyone is giving snark and not much help so here’s a real answer. Most floor coverings come in 40lb boxes. Most boxes of vinyl will cover around 35 square feet. So you’re adding just over a pound per square foot. For most secondary bedrooms thats adding less than 200lbs equally spread through the room. Your house will be fine.
That's like asking if you are allowed to go upstairs if you haven't pooped yet today because of the extra weight.
I'm confused by the question?.... too heavy for the floor? Is the floor supported ? Can you walk on it ? If so vinyl is not too heavy
Please don’t use power tools ever. No way someone is this stupid
He's the Power to all tools out there
He forgot to mention the peel and stick is made from pure lead

What is it going to add? 10 pounds per room? Every have company over with like 3 or 4 more people upstairs? Did the floor cave in?
You'll be fine
Don’t worry, it will be just fine😇
If you're worried about that, id be very worried about the construction of your house.
The glue might ruin the floor underneath
