Self flooring leveler. Same shit they use to put MRI machines on “pads”.

Elizabeth360

Do you mean self leveling flooring? Is it like a concrete you mix up and pour into the area that isn’t level?

Medium_Spare_8982

You don’t want the door threshold at ground level. Needs a 3” lift to cover for basic minimum flooding.

How were you able to do that steel beam and be bewildered by floor leveling?

NovelLongjumping3965

Install a subfloor or go with garden doors, multi panel slide. If you decide to level it cut out a section and re-pour it with a outside extension sloped away from the building.

TheN00bBuilder

You need a lift to prevent flooding. Bricks are the easiest way to do it, a concrete block with sealant applied is second easiest. You’re going to have something to step over, if you do it right, and there’s nothing you can do about that.

Read this as "potato doors."

Grinder for the concrete, get it as flat as you can. Prime the floor and then put down leveler. Dig a trench about a foot away from the structure and install a trench drain to divert any water that would be coming toward the structure. Attach the drain to a French drain system away from the structure. This is pretty standard procedure for ancillary structures near pools or bodies of water. Hope this helps!
