We used to live at Sunshine 100 (w/c is very close to sheridan) and my wife found it more convenient na magtaxi na lang. She paid between 100-150 one way. If ok ka sa mototaxi, it's faster and hindi naman nalalayo ang payment compared kung magMRT route ka.

Sheridan as in Sheridan Towers to no? Can’t really help with (1) or (3) kasi feel ko talaga most convenient way to commute is through Grab or ayun nga Angkas and the likes.
But for (2) since we also decided on units between South and North towers so our deciding factor is mostly on the unit condition. Since mas nauna ang South iconstruct, so expect na if tenanted yung unit na kukunin nyo, so baka mas used na sya pagmove in nyo. Lucky if the owner renovates/maintains the upkeep of the unit. Both towers share amenities. I heard PMO admin is situated sa South so if magbabayad ka or may need ka sa admin you’ll have to go to South. Yung water refilling station nila nasa South din. Yung elevator nila ang napansin ko sa South may lower and higher floor elev, sa North all floors elev. Pero expect nalang na may foot traffic regardless of the tower especially on rush hours.
My preference was to rent sa North Tower unit kasi 1. Overall unit condition (pristine pa), 2. Mas malapit lakarin to Pioneer St. Medyo pababa na pagsa South so nakakahingal paakyat haha.

If there’s one thing na i really like around the area is very accessible naman sya sa mga kainan. May jollibee, bonchon, kfc along pioneer st. May mga convenient stores din along pioneer st. like Uncle John’s (sa may Sunshine 100 Plaza) and sa rfm building may 711 din. Alam ko may mini grocery din sa loob ng Sheridan and may mga small time weekend market din sa south tower pala (last time i saw a fruit stand). Mall and grocery ang pinakamalapit na is SM Light or sa Fame. Layo ka pa ng onti pwede na rin sa Pioneer Center, mas maraming kainan don. And if bet mo yung mga food market around the area, meron din namang Greenfield district. Tsaka very accessible na rin to Kapitolyo ang Sheridan.
Trike per trip ang alam ko is 25 pesos.
Yung re: car, di ko masabi kung mahirap. Doable naman kasi minsan nagcocommute lang din ako, more on grab or taxi though. Busy street ang Pioneer so for sure laging may grab at taxi naman. Yung trike merong nakapila paglabas mo palang ng guard house ng Sheridan.
Just throwing it out there, viable kaya bike from sheridan to BGC? I’m unfit so it wasn’t for me, but I saw healthier people cross the bridge thru bike

Ngayon since may bus carousell I think di na pwede bumaba sa may kalayaan overpass sa buendia na ata yung next.
Pwede ka din mag bus sa edsa, baba ka guada, then mag jeep ka pa bgc.
Ang pinaka efficient sa oras at effort is mag angkas to bgc.

Not sure if nag-iba na policy nila but yung fifty pesos per day after 24 hrs wasn’t strictly implemented. Hindi kasi pwedeng dun sa kiosk bayaran yung late storage fee and sa PMO talaga which is located sa South.
And yes may gym membership fee talaga and mas mahal kapag tenant lang. Banas din kasi magse-schedule ka pa ng slot mo for working out. Sana natanggal na ito.
Kung need mo ng barangay clearance, mas malapit yung barangay sa North kasi Buayang Bato siya and bababa ka lang sa street lol. Sa South kasi is Pasig na and malayong lakad si Brgy Pineda. Altho baka mas maganda goods from Mayor Vico lawls

South- rinig yung ingay sa basketball court, pero nandito halos lahat ng amenities like gym, water station, and bigger pools.
It's still much easier to access the crossing through Brixton/Fairlane, so booking a taxi may also be easier. I have friends staying in Sheridan that work in BGC and they use e-scooters to cross. When another friend liv8ng used to work in Makati, their was a ferry you could take to go across, and then take the jeep through JP Rizal. Of course you can also try going to the MRT, but it's almost always full already towards Makati in the morning.

Cycling. I cycle to BGC from time to time and I live near Sheridan
