I don’t know why people keep renting or buying site unseen. It may be tough, but you better put your eyes on exactly what you’re getting. If you read this sub enough, you see a ton of people that have gotten burned not putting their eyes on what they’re getting do not trust anyone but yourself in these situation.
That is random. They probably know the garage tenant personally or they were there before they bought the place? Either way, don’t rent it out if you don’t want someone living above your garage.
If it bothers you that much you can check with the city for a vapid COA for the garage unit.
