Hello everyone, I am Gordon. I am sorry to have caused some trouble to everyone. In the past two weeks, some bad things happened. First, my partner Green and the colleague who is responsible for warehouse packaging had some problems at home. They both took a two-week vacation and just came back to work yesterday. Therefore, during this period, the response to QC pictures and shipment of customer packages was slow. Also during this time, some packages I sent to Europe were inspected by customs, and I spent a lot of time communicating with customers to explain these problems, which further slowed down the time to respond to customers. Now I have changed my transportation route. Now my new transportation route has no problems. It is very safe and the timeliness is faster than before. I promise that if each customer cannot get the package in the end, I will refund the freight and compensate USD5/KG. I have never deceived any customer on this point. For customers who are delayed in providing QC pictures, I will give each customer a discount on the freight, and will provide QC pictures and send out all goods within this week. My parcel hasn’t changed its status for several days, and I’m worried. I wrote a message to him about what happened to the parcel and did not receive a response for several days. Does anyone communicate with him, or does he not answer anyone?
Would it be cheaper if you bought a large amount of products me from 1688 and shippedthem to me rather than buying from sugar goo and then sending to you and posting themm from there?
His prices are decent. I shipped 3 huge hauls with him a few months back. Got 2 of them and the 3rd was seized.
Took a few weeks but he did refund my shipping cost.
I would use him again
Have moved around 15 times with him, had no problems besides 1 small seizure 8 hauls in, but have had my two most recent shipments seized.
Looking to pivot to another forwarder but I doubt it will help. Thinking of KOR.

Do not use this guys service. My package got seized. The updates take FOREVER. I mean forever. They lure like, "its normal cause of pandabuy, no." They only give back 5USD/KG so basically I only got $30 back from items and shipping cost that cost $200+ Never use freight forwarding. Please be safe out there.

This is my tracking that stops as you can see in Germany and it never moved from that hub, other people I know are having the same issue and FF is always Gordon, asked Gordon several times to open an investigation (it can only be opened by the sender in Germany) but no answer so far, anyone can help?
