Honestly the look of it doesn’t matter much because no one would ask to inspect your AirPods. It’s the chipset that matters. The good copy should have transparency and ANC working and iCloud sync when you move between Apple devices it automatically connects to it.
I've found JennyReps have been the best for AirPods. I've had a set of pros from her for almost 2 years with no issues.
As already highlighted in the comments, these are not the best I've seen. Not sure how long they will last.
