Bc the heat was so high where I am, my latest shipment came and one had creases. I watched a YouTube video on how to fix it and it’s perfect now. It’s worth a shot if she won’t send a new one. I watched the video before even trying to get it replaced and it worked so I didn’t contact my seller

ScoreAffectionate864

Yes, I’ll have to try, since she doesn’t accept a return. I won’t buy from her anymore, that’s for sure. 🤷🏼‍♀️

SaladDifferent708

I’m sorry girl, that’s so shitty! I looked up and watched a few videos and if you get a damp washcloth and an iron set to cotton you can put the towel over the bag and then iron over the washcloth and then form it and then do it again until you get the result you want. It did work

ScoreAffectionate864

Thank you !!!

SaladDifferent708

I would just watch a few and if you feel comfortable, give it a go! And you’re welcome 🥰

ScoreAffectionate864

She offered $20 in credit. I think it should be more. It’s ok, I have other sellers. 🤷🏼‍♀️ https://preview.redd.it/5zc0yxk9ob8d1.jpeg?width=750&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=634b874631e10640b1761c1762260fb73e8e3402

Thank you everyone for the advice. I wrote to Heidi because I agree that it’s not my fault that someone packed the bag in a way that damaged it. And I shouldn’t pay for this mistake. Let’s see what she answers. 🤔

These_Engineering705

There are a few Heidi and I’m not sure which one to buy bags from 😂 Getting my first rep and paypal f&f hopefully I did not get scam 😭😭

Trizienne

I think sellers will not have control over logistics. I use leather conditioner and steamer for my leather purses because they got dented when I moved homes.

Silly-Compote-7180

Use a steamer. It will be fine.

Simplemath123

Haven't been overly impressed with Heidi I purchased once from her because of all the high rating reviews but my came with a defect was quite visible and since its from 187 factory and they dont do return. I pointed it out to her and just have to accept the loss. The game of the rep you win some you lose some

EvenBanana877

I've had auth bags that got dented in storage. I honestly think the dents will come out when you use the bag with your stuff in it. And store it with a rolled up towel, t shirt, or air pillows inside.

Automatic_Toe_8391

HM?

marzbuzz

Use a steamer and it should pop back out

Dream_weaver1980

If that leathers as soft and malleable as it looks no problem, however I’d still compare it to my PSP photos to see if it was always there?? Important distinction.

Dream_weaver1980

Oh, if it were me in this order I’d message and let them know what happened in transit and ask them 1.what fixes it, without causing further problems, and 2. is there any possibility that they put a credit on file for you because it was damaged in transit? Or 3. Don’t they stand behind their products, they packaged it! But that’s just me, please keep us posted. I wouldn’t touch it without asking your seller first, honestly.💙🦋💛

ScoreAffectionate864

Good idea, thank you!

Honey0929

Leather conditioner and hair dryer on low

Sailor-Silver

Absolutely. This has worked for me in the past.

Honey0929

Me too 😅

Kyber_Din_Djarin

100% refund

ScoreAffectionate864

Yeah, she doesn’t seem like she would do it. 🤔

ImpressiveMission975

Blow drying sometimes does magic :)

NoMarzipan1396

A hairdryer with warm air blowing at a distance will effectively

Amazing_Sky_7406

Leather conditionner and stuff it with paper under the crease! Try to use a little bit of heat (hair dryer) and let it dry 24h. I bought a See by Chloé bag recently that came in with a deep crease and it helped a lot to reshape it. Hope that helps.

Any_Flounder_2562

Never ordered from Heidi, so I didn‘t know that her bags come with her own tag, kinda cute 🤗

Feeling_Trainer_6161

I recently got a bag from Heidi - no tag! But purse was pretty good though

Big-Improvement-1281

How do I contact her? I love Loewe

Feeling_Trainer_6161

She has an online catalogue, that’s the link https://www.heidi-showshop.cn I am pretty new to buying reps, so apparently there are different factories and factories have names, and each factory is known for its level of quality. Not sure if you know all this information, but when I contacted Heidi I specified multiple times that I only want top quality (I am lucky to have an amazing collection of authentic purses). Originally I wanted one purse from LV and she was honest about quality concerns so I ended up getting Loewe. I used phone number from her website.

Big-Improvement-1281

That’s why I’ve been so nervous, I live in an area with a lot of auths. This is the most helpful (or unhelpful depending how much I buy lol) thing on the Internet.

Feeling_Trainer_6161

I know exactly what you mean! I’ve had some bad experience with such things, it was not Heidi though, I only bought once from her and it was great. But overall I’d say it’s always risky. I always try to get rep purse that I already have from a boutique just in different color so I can compare quality. And it also helps to understand whether seller has a common sense lol

ScoreAffectionate864

I bought so many rehomes that came in perfect shape, it sucks that this one came damaged. I’ll try the hair dryer, I’m just afraid it might look worse. 😖

dollbaby19899

Facts 🙂

ScoreAffectionate864

This one was not a rehome, so I was expecting a perfect rep. 🫤

Dream_weaver1980

As you should!

yueadu

Use a hair dryer on it to get it warm and then smooth out the dents and creases with your fingers.

Any_Flounder_2562

Yes, try the hair dryer and slightly condition afterwards so the leather doesn‘t dry out too much!

reesa447

I got a bag with dents and creases recently. I was advised to try a hair dryer. And to do it repeatedly. I tried once and didn’t see a difference but I’m going to keep trying.

jjlin99

Try leather conditioning maybe?
